Quick breathing technique.
This is a technique learned and modified from the Wim Hof breathing instruction. Have named this the “9-27-3” Breathing. Can be used any time you may need a little stress refresher.
Find a comfortable place. Take 9 deep breaths in through the nose and out the mouth. After the 9 deep breaths, hold your breath for about 27 seconds. Have a nice exhale after the breath hold and then take 3 more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth. That is it!
